The amount of mayo and buttermilk should be exactly the same. Mayo should be 1/2 a cup!

This was excellent. I did boost the amount of herbs to taste and used sour cream instead of buttermilk because that’s what was in my fridge, thinned with heavy cream.

This was too thin for our taste so I played around with the milk ratio until it was the right consistency for us. It is very tasty though and I’ve made it several times now.

Excellent . Perfect for dipping, or served over sliced cucumbers. And so easy!
