  • 12 grams yeast
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 250 grams bread flour
  • 40 grams sugar
  • salt
  • 75 grams chocolate chips
  • 1 egg yolk

    Directions

    1. In a stand mixing bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast in the warm milk. Add the oil, egg yolk, vanilla, flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Combine the ingredients using the hook attachment of the mixer.
    2. Lightly oil a bowl and place the dough inside. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and allow it to rest for 2 hours.
    3. Place the chocolate chips in the freezer for 30 minutes.
