Absolutely delicious! So easy, I put it together in 10 minutes. Just happened to have corn meal in the pantry. Baked 20 min, in a no stick metal pan at just under 400 degrees. Is made honey butter to spread on it. Light and fluffy, a little sweet, but just right. This will be my go to recipe for corn bread from now on! YUM....🌽🌽😋😋
