  • 1 package knorr hollandais sauc mix
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes in oil (finely chopped, drained, optional)
  • 1 tablespoon dri oregano leaves, crush
  • 4 slices bread, cut french into loaf
  • I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread (i can't believe it's not, ! spread)
  • 4 eggs (poached and kept warm)
  • 2 ounces prosciutto (thinly sliced, optional)

    1. Prepare Sauce Mix according to package directions. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and oregano; keep warm.
    2. Lightly spread toasted bread with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread and arrange 2 pieces bread on each plate to serve. Top bread slices with eggs and prosciutto, then top as desired with hollandaise sauce.
