    Very nice ! I used a teaspoon of real mustard, a 1/2 cup of chicken stock and some green pepper. I used chicken and made crackling with the skin.. Cooked spices and onions first then peppers and garlic then the chicken, then the liquid then put the deboned chicken with the onions,garlic etc and cooked
