Delicious and easy to make. I used some frozen corn , rotisserie chicken , chopped 1 jalapeño Also looking at other recipes for a topping someone used 3/4 cup sour cream, 2 TBSP tequila, lime zest, mix together for topping ...omg this was delicious I will definitely make this again

Everyone loved it. I made a vegetarian version for my daughter too.
Sooooo yummy! Used corn instead of hominy and left out the tomato paste. Sooo yummy! I have made it multiply times now and it always turns out good!
