  • 1/4 cup promise buttery spread
  • 1 sweet onion (large, chopped)
  • 2 zucchini (large, chopped)
  • 2 yellow bell pepper
  • 16 ounces cannellini (or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained)
  • 15 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce (no salt added)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dri oregano leaves, crush
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 6-quart saucepot over medium-high heat and cook onion, zucchini and bell peppers, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender and just starting to brown.
    2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 8 minutes or until heated through. Serve, if desired, with fat free sour cream. TIP: For a saucier Chili, stir in 1/4 cup water.
