    Really tasty, I altered the recipe slightly by using cashews and almonds instead of pistachios and I used less oil than the recipe suggested. I also added some fresh mint along with the basil. I cooked it for just under 50 mins with foil covered the whole time, came out really nice and tender. I will definitely be making this again!
