  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons cashew butter (smooth, softened, can sub for any smooth nut or seed butter of choice)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (OR honey*)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • milk (choice, to thin out)
