  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 pinch vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops protein powder (chocolate, see recommendations above)
  • 2 Tbsp. sweetener (granulated, choice, optional)
