  • 3 cups frozen berries (I like strawberry, raspberry or a combination)
  • 1/3 package silken tofu (make sure it’s silken or very soft, it says this on the package)
  • 2 cups almond milk (this is all personal preference depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
  • berries (fresh, to top or mix in after blending, optional but recommended)
