They were tasty but a little soggy. I think using the broiler at the end would help crisp them up better.

I am no cook here, but these fries were more difficult than I thought to make. We cut them a little too thick, and ended up baking them for an hour. They were still burnt and mushy at the same time. I would definitely recommend cutting them thin and even.

Love baked sweet potato fries!!! Not as crispy as I would like but I think I put them to close together while baking. Sometimes I add paprika or Parmesan cheese. Very good

this did not taste like fries, yuck!!!
Not bad at all! The taste was great and the kids enjoyed. I ended up baking for almost 20 minutes and they still weren’t as crispy as we would have liked. I will try again!
