  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (granulated, choice)
  • 1 large egg (OR 1/4 cup liquid egg whites, omit for vegan option- see notes below)
  • 1/4 cup milk (choice, I used unsweetened almond)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon butter oil (melted, optional, but adds a fluffier texture)
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips (divided of choice)
