    Delicious!! It’s perfect.

    Ditched the skirt steak and got a little bit thicker hunk of steak. Diced it up and marinated over night. Grilled in an oil coated wire basket threw in the pineapple after a bit. Turned out great.

    I used too much oil I would go by the recommendation but still really good
