  • roast beef (Cooked, chopped, amount depends on people)
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper (omit salt if using dry Green pepper, opt., chopped, browned)

    Directions

    1. Brown raw onions and peppers in butter, until tender. Add shredded or chopped potatoes, meat and gravy. If not enough gravy add 1 can of creamy onion soup.
    2. Put in casserole and put in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Depends on amount you make. (Microwave for 10 to 12 minutes.)
    3. Not enough potatoes, add a slice or two of cubed old bread. Small amounts of cooked vegetables are good. Use your imagination.
