I love this recipe! I added diced onion, velveeta cheese, a little milk and more ham to the eggs before baking it all together. It turned out wonderful. I will def do it again.

I cracked the eggs inside the ham cups. Baked 14 minutes and they turned out good. Might add a minute or two next time. Super easy and great for meal prepping.

This is quick and easy, I added some sweet peppers in the eggs when I was cooking them. I loved it for meal prepping and some yogurt on the side 😋
