    Mixed it up a bit by applying the mayo directly to the wrap and giving an even spread before adding all the other ingredients so it wouldn't have big dollops of mayo but rather a lovely even flavour through out. Added some chipped avocado and a bit of fermented habinaro hot sauce for added complexity. No need to heat your wraps. This was delicious.

    Great recipe. I packed it with some baby spinach and it was lovely.
