  • 1 tomato (ripe, finely chopped)
  • 2 mushrooms (large, finely chopped)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • parsley (powder)
  • olive oil (to taste)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
    2. Place the fillets in a glass baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Place the tomatoes, mushrooms, and garlic on top of the fish as pictured.
    4. Season again with a little salt, pepper, and parsley powder. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 25 minutes.

    so easy to make and came out great! i added some capers and olives to the mix and pht a baking paper on top of the hake to keep it juicy.
