  • 20 ounces pimentos (roasted peeled, drained)
  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons whipping heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1 package knorr fiesta side smoke chipotl rice

    Directions

    1. Process pimientos in blender or food processor until smooth; set aside.
    2. Brush steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Grill or broil steak, turning once, until desired doneness.
    3. Meanwhile, heat remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat and cook pepper 30 seconds. Stir in pimientos and cook 2 minutes. Stir in tequila and simmer 1 minute. Stir in cream and cook 1 minute. Season, if desired, with salt.
    4. To serve, evenly spoon Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Smoked Chipotle Rice and sauce on each plate, then top with sliced steak.
