  • 1 1/2 cups Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 pounds pork
  • 2 zucchini (medium, cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks)
  • 2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 12 tomato
  • 1 red onion (medium, cut into wedges)

    Directions

    1. For marinade, blend Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing, mustard and thyme. Pour 1-1/4 cups marinade over pork and vegetables in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag; stir to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, 3 to 24 hours. Refrigerate remaining 1/3 cup marinade.
    2. Remove pork and vegetables from marinade, discarding marinade. Alternately thread pork and vegetables on skewers. Grill or broil kabobs, turning and brushing frequently with refrigerated marinade, until pork is done.
