  • 2 oranges peeled (large navel, segmented and coarsely chopped)
  • 100 grams spring onions (sliced)
  • 6 tablespoons fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons pepper (seeded jalapeno, optional, finely chopped)

    Directions

    1. Combine tomatoes, oranges, spring onions, 4 tablespoons coriander and jalapeno pepper in a large bowl; set aside.
    2. Blend Flora Buttery with remaining 2 tablespoons coriander in a small bowl.
    3. Grill salmon, brushing with Flora and coriander spread for 15 minutes or until salmon is done. Serve salsa with salmon.
