  • 1 pound shrimp (medium raw, peeled and deveined)

    Directions

    1. Combine the lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili paste, salt, sugar, and oil in a bowl.
    2. Add the shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
