  • 1 chile pepper (Serrano)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons lemon pepper

    1. Place the potatoes in a pot of cold water, set the pot on the stove and boil until the potatoes become soft. Drain the potatoes and then place them in cold water.
    2. Drain the potatoes and cut them in half.
    3. Heat up a frying pan and add half of the olive oil. Saute the potatoes and chile pepper for 4 minutes on each side.
