    Great wings! Please clean your grill before using this recipe. During my first attempt, my grill went up in flames because I had not cleaned it. You will need to grill at the high temperature recommended in the recipe to sufficiently render the fat in the skin and make it crispy. We had a guest over and these wings were an instant hit. I will definitely use this recipe again.
