  • 1 taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 12 taco shells
  • lettuce (as needed)
  • cheese (as needed)
  • tomatoes (as needed)
  • salsa (or taco sauce)

    Directions

    1. Heat grill. Combine taco seasoning, lime juice and oil in small bowl; mix well. Brush seasoning mixture onto chicken breasts.
    2. When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill four to six inches from medium coals. Cook 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once.
    3. Slice chicken into strips, spoon into shells that have been heated according to package directions. Top as desired with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and salsa or taco sauce.
