    Really yummy and simple to make, I cheated a little and used shop bought pesto that I already had so it was super quick to do. Love the cheese melt and added some cherry tomatoes for extra bite. I will be making this again!

    Pretty good, just have to make sure you toast it for long enough so both sides are golden brown and obviously watch out for burning. I didn't use the pesto recipe I just used store pesto for convenience but I'm sure pesto is great too
