I didn't have the lemon and I don't have an oven, but overall it came out quite well.

Tried it today. It only had the honey flavour. I didn’t taste any of the garlic lemon but it was still okay. I may add more lemon next time.

I would switch out garlic for onions maybe, garlic burns really easy when broiling and gives funky flavor, all in all a win though.

Made these for two last night and turned out nice. The heat on the skillet was too high however and slightly burned both sides of the salmon but still tasted good nonetheless.

Made it on July 6 for three people using 2 salmon filets. When I seared the salmon with skin, the temperature of the cast iron skillet was too high and some of the sugar in the honey burnt leaving a bitter taste. However, putting the glaze on top of the filets after cooking hid much of the bitterness. When I do it again, stick to medium heat on the stove top. Matt loved the taste and really liked how the skin turned out. Very quick to make. Served it with broccoli rice and salad.

So simple and super tasty. Even my fussy kids ate it up. Loved the sweet flavour with the garlic and it went really well with rice and green beans. Will definitely be doing this one again!
