    I made these without parmesan and they were super tasty, so now I'm imagining how amazing they'd with it!

    Prepared them the day before and served as part of a Greek mezze dinner - went down a treat!

    Delicious! I used a small cookie scoop to shape the mix and they came out amazingly crispy. Served it with Persian-style mast-o-khiar and pita bread.
