    Totally delicious- it was for a large group so I tripled up on everything and the balance is great. I added black pepper quite liberally too

    The ratio of the potato to the other ingredients was a little more... making it bland... modified to serve 2... which may have caused this

    Easy to make and lovelvy flavours. The the lemon dressing goes so well with the potatoes. Quite a stribg onion flavour so maybe only use half onions next time.
