  • 1 kilogram potatoes (chopped into large cubes)
  • 4 tablespoons Flora Cuisine
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6/200°C/180°C fan/400°F.
    2. Mix together all the ingredients, coating the potatoes well in the Flora Cuisine, and place in roasting tray.
    3. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, then turn the potatoes and roast for a further 30–45 minutes until golden-brown. Check the potatoes now and then to make sure that there is enough moisture in the roasting tray, adding a little more Flora Cuisine if needed.
    4. Serve with roast chicken or roast lamb.
