  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella (or buffalo mozzarella rolled in fresh herbs)

  • olives (marinated, recipe follows)
  • 1 cup hummus (homemade or store bought, + olive oil for drizzling)
  • fresh basil
  • radishes
  • cherry tomatoes
  • veggies (or other fresh)
