    First time made it without chicken (would like to try that too!) and was really good. Nice refreshing summer salad; good dressing as well.

    Excellent, may add black olives and artichoke hearts. I used fresh oregano from my garden. And I had jerk chicken already cooked so cut up 2 thighs, delicious

    I loved the dressing as a marinade but ended up using a store bought dressing for the salad (as this dressing was pretty acidic)
