    I loved this all the flavors mixed together. So good. Super easy to make.

    Lovely subtle lemon flavours for the chicken and veg. Chicken turned out perfectly moist with a nice finish made some slight alterations to use up some ingredients in the cupboard, and only did enough to serve three. Instead of removing the chicken from the glass dish I simply cooked it in the marinade. This seemed to work really well! Would definitely make this again!

    Amazing! This was a hit in my house and will be making it again. I used chicken breast instead of thighs and it was perfect. I love feta cheese and kalamata olives perfect addition to the dish.
