  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 onion
  • 3/4 cup spring onion (chopped, /scallion whites)
  • 1/2 capsicum (/green bell pepper/shimla mirch)
  • 1 1/2 inches ginger
  • 3 garlic (medium)
  • 2 green chilies (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (kashmiri red, /lal mirch powder or deghi mirch, optional)
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce (you can also add as per your taste)
  • 5 tablespoons tomato sauce (or add as required)
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
