  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 100 milliliters white wine
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • 200 grams gorgonzola (cubed)
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (or Grana Padano, grated)
  • 1 handful fresh thyme (chopped)

    Directions

    1. Sauté onions briefly in olive oil until tender.
