  • 300 milliliters cream (double, heavy)
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 teaspoons whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons flaky sea salt
  • 200 grams unsalted butter (7.5 oz / 1 cup minus 1 tbsp)
  • 330 grams icing (powered sugar)
  • 100 milliliters caramel sauce (scant 1/2 cup salted whiskey, see above)
