    Turned out very well. I've never made pastry before, and had to replace some of the butter with margarine as I didn't have enough butter, but I was very happy with the end result. Recipe needs a little editing, as there is no mention of when to add the ginger (I added it instead of the "juice" referred to in the recipe, as there is no juice mentioned elsewhere!)
