  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped fine)
  • 6 slices fresh ginger (cut julienne)
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1/8 cup chicken stock
  • 2 green onions (cut Chinese style)
  • 2 eggs (well beaten)
