AMAZING! I suggest double down on the cheese! I had leftover sauerkraut and Brats from a cookout a few Months earlier., searched Yummly for something... try it! Oh, I layered mine like a lasagna, too.

very tasty! add a little more potato and use a bigger dish, or two smaller ones, and it's perfect! Highly recommend.
