    It was a hit. My family is very picky. I am the worst out the bunch but everyone liked it. I used cooking white wine with the mushrooms. My first time using it. I’m gonna save this somewhere special.

    Flavour of herbs was amazing but I think chicken thighs are better in oven. Each thigh took around 30min to fry as it was still pink inside and in that time all herbs got burnt and it didn't look like on picture.

    Super delicious. Took a long time because I had three batches of chicken and it was messy from the splatter. Everybody loved it would totally make again. Great with mashed potatoes.

    great easy meal. Paired with long stem broccoli.
    I made 12 thighs with skin thin I personally skined them. I placed 12 skined thighs into a large pot. I cook the mushrooms in a pan with everything else then when the chicken was done i place three at a time in a pan to golden them.

    Only thing I would change would be to skip the herbs on the chicken (but keep the garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper) as I found the herbs too strong; they are effective enough when just added to the mushrooms and then adding the cooked chicken back in at the end. Otherwise, perfection! Easy, delicious meal.

    Very tasty! I made it with cauliflower rice for a low carb dinner. Next time I make it I am going to grill the thighs instead of frying.
