I’ve made this recipe twice now and both times were delicious. The first time I didn’t take the potatoes out before cooking the chicken, the second time I did, and it turned out so much better. Next time I’m going to add in asparagus or green beans.

Very tasty only did a teaspoon of Italian seasoning that was definitely more than enough for us not a big fan of a lot of herbs
Kevin 13 Oct
i used red potatos instead of yellow

Adding the leftover marinade at the end really added flavor to the potatoes. Really enjoyed this recipe.

I roasted my potatoes in the oven before I put them on the skillet, but other than that it was great!

first, i ised more potatoes so they took waaaay longer to cook. second, there was so much liquid left in the pan that the chicken was basically boiling and i had to dump it out to get the chicken to cool right. abd lastly, who cooks chicken for 1 minute on each side?! i cooked mine at least 10 minutes. but after all that, abd without changing the receipe at all except no red pepper flakes because the kids were sharing, it was AWESOME.

This recipe was delicious, I didn't use fresh herbs but still got that excellent flavor. Next time we are going to add some extra veggies like bell pepper and carmalized onions to give some more body.

I liked it. Had to use Bragg amios acids, seemed high in sodium, but that may be on my part. Added a cheese assortment, mozzarella, cheddar mix. & yellow squash. Oneish, bay leaves. Yum

i used half of the soy sauce since what most people said about it being too salty. i also only cooked 1 lb of chicken. most of everything else i had just guessed on how much with spice. i didnt boil the potatoes first i just pan friend them. everything was really good! i would reccomend having vegies mixed in it as well.
Chris W. 23 Aug
flavours were good, i used less soy sauce than specified and the chicken was still a little too salty. Portions called for in the recipe are too large for even a large frypan, frying the chicken alone was difficult in a 32cm pan.
unah 23 Aug
chicken was too salty. i'll use less soy sauce next time.

Flavor was delicious.. I didn't have fresh herbs so just used dry and it came our great.. my only complaint was it took me more like an hour or so and it used much more than one pot. Would make it again though!
Sana Danyal 21 Aug
Loved it! I cooked the potatoes in the remaining marinade and added herbs and they turned out great too!
