    Amazing flavor, steak-alicious. The chimichurri sauce I adapted from the butter garlic sauce in the recipe. The butter and herbs pull out the meaty taste and make the steak more tender. This is one on repeat.+++

    This was amazing! I used Montreal steak seasoning on the steak as well which turn out amazing next time, I’m going to try and grill the steak vs searing in the pan

    Hubby says its a keeper. I definitely seasoned the meat with additional spices beyond salt and pepper, and served with roasted squash and rosemary parmesan potatoes.

    turned out so so good! delicious recipe and simple to prepare! definitely a favorite. paired it with the parmesan roasted asparagus recipe and it was a total hit and low carb too!

    I cooked the steak on the BBQ. Added more garlic and butter, about double cause we love it. Boiled petite red potatoes cut in half until tender then placed then in a pan with some of the butter garlic mixture until browned on the cut face. Served with sweet corn. It was Fantabulis loved it will make again for sure.
