I didn’t have squash so I put sweet cooked potatoes instead and I also added some stuff to the recipe like garlic and I put some hot peppers in the oven and added dried ones to the recipe too,to make it spicy and added some seasoning too to give it more flavor,and ate it with bread which was surprisingly super delicious and it had a lot of flavors 😘(I thought it’ll be bad cuz I messed with the recipe A lot 😂).

Turned out great! i uaed amount of salt on recipe but it needed a bit more. I served it over whole grain brown rice and it made it a made it vwry heavy tasty meal!

Fantasic! No one in this household would ever eat summer squash and zuccini. But they did!! I used a large can of diced tomatoes. Super yummy. Super easy.

Turned out great! Added some additional seasonings and a Jalepeno. Both me and my wife loved this meal!
