    Simple and tasty. As I used frozen fish, I created a paste with the oil and spices, which I rubbed onto the fish before baking in the oven as per the package instructions. My pieces were quite small, so only needed about a third of the stated spices and oils.

    This haddock was really tasted and has a lovely selection of spices. It was also very simple to cook.
