    Perfection! Been searching for a fruity pebbles cheesecake recipe for awhile now, and this one is by far the best I’ve seen. The only thing I did differently was add 1/2 tsp. Salt to the crumbs for crust along with 1 extra tsp sugar to have a salty sweet flavor which I love. I served with a raspberry coulis (sauce) which you can find online as well. I also added some of the dry crumbs to cheesecake for presentation purposes. My friends and family absolutely loved this. Make sure to do the water bath when baking as this makes all the difference for a golden delicious, even-baked finish 🤗
