    I've been freezing herbs for years, this is quick, no waste, and i can use only one ice cube tray over and over!! Thank you!!

    This is a good way to keep herbs if you prefer a paste . I also freeze herbs in ice cube trays but use those roughly chopped by hand and add water to fill each compartment . Once frozen Pop into freezer bag and date . Just as fresh and no additional calories .
