It was delicious, definitely will do it again. But I used 3 slices of bread for two eggs. 6 slices is too much for this amount of mixture

Would probably only use 4 slices of bread instead of 6 as there was little mixture for all

Needed something sweet for breakfast rather than my normal full English. This recipe was so simple (I reduced the sugar content to suit my taste) with a great result. Definitely making this again.

Good! A bit sweet but it went well with syrup especially. Would eat again on occasion.

Really lovely for a breakfast treat! I used a bit less sugar and used tiger bread. Sooooo yummy!!
