  • 250 grams baby spinach
  • 10 dry lasagne (Sheets)
  • 250 grams ricotta
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 30 grams flour
  • 950 milliliters milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 500 grams mozzarella (sliced)
  • 1 handful cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 handful Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
