Flavour of the spice was very good. Veggies turned out excellent especially the zucchini. Using the suggested cooking time chicken turned out very dry, would cut down on cooking time. Would try again.

Overall good recipe I would make again improvised 1/4 tsp cayenne based on other reviews so it wasn't overly spicy I would make again but add a bit more seasoning made great leftovers with a Cajun pasta

Way too much oregano IMO!! I only used 1/2 tsp of cayenne and still found it to be a little spicy. I would suggest oregano flakes instead of ground to maybe prevent the OVERWHELMING oregano flavor

This was a hit for my family. The squash i thought the kids wouldn't eat but they thought it was cucumbers lol. My only issue was I added twice the seasoning and double the cooking time. After 30 mins my meat still wasnt cooked thru so i added more time. Overall, delicious, fast and easy.

the chicken looked pretty white although it was cooked. i prefer centigrades rather than farenheit and i had to cook it for longer than the suggested time to get it well cooked. delicious taste, went fine with white rice

We really enjoyed this. I LOVE spicy food so I probably went a little heavy on the cayenne and it was pleasantly warm. We served it over rice made in chicken stock for some bulk and carbs, and I was surprised that it was as flavorful as it turned out. Next time we’ll likely add mushrooms (probably portobello strips) to the mix as well.
