I made it surgar free and added surgar free chocolate chips. Its safe for my husband thats a diabetic and for my son and myself that has celiac disease. It tastes pretty close to the other "flour" based recipes. Thank you for posting this recipe. I am always looking for new recipes that is safe for my whole family to enjoy. 😀

they were amazing! Somehoe fluffy, creamy and absolutely delicious! For my taste they were a little too chocolatey but that's what brownies are supposed to be, plus it only took mr about 30 min.

A little dark for my liking but good way of making it easy. Though I would suggest that you mix the liquid ingredients then the dry. The batter was a little lumpy.

If you like the taste of the Palm/coconut sugar then you will love these. They really do the trick if you are in need of a fix of "junk food" while you are trying to eat clean.
